Phil is a professional financial specialist specializing in corporate securities, derivatives, and intangible valuations. For over 20 years, Phil has partnered with industry executives on valuations, financial strategies, and mergers and acquisitions.

He spent over two decades in various entrepreneurial and leadership roles, including the CFO of several public and private companies and the founder of The Camden Group (now GE Healthcare). He has significant M&A work in senior positions with HealthCare Partners and Heritage Provider Network. He also has significant investment banking and valuation experience as the Principal of DSE.

In addition, Phil is distinguished by his ability to identify and thoroughly evaluate financial securities and transactions. His expertise includes:

For more than 25 years, Mr. Al Haddad has been managing the delivery of services, technology-based products, information systems, and systems integration in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. His experience includes building and leading highly successful technology companies through domestic and international markets.

With 15 years of experience as a CEO, he has pioneered innovative operating strategies, change management programs, organizational development initiatives, and partnerships that have consistently accelerated revenue, profit, and market share growth.

Most recently, Mr. Haddad has served as the CEO of several San Diego-based companies to implement dramatic turnarounds for eventual acquisition.

For the past 15 years, he has served in executive leadership positions for GE, Lockheed Martin, RLM, WPDS, Financial Profiles, Integrant, Indyme, and Meriture. Mr. Haddad brings significant experience with organic growth, sales/production turnarounds, and investment-based acceleration strategies, including mergers and acquisitions of 13 companies.

Mr. Doty has over 30 years of healthcare experience. He has specialized in management service organization (MSO) development, physician group practice management, primary care group practice development, mergers and acquisitions, and myriad hospital/physician relationships. Most recently, Mr. Doty served as the president and CEO of Instant Communications LLC. This business communications technology company focuses on developing handheld communication devices for physicians and their medical groups.

In addition, Mr. Doty helped lead the growth and development of HealthCare Partners, LTD, one of the nation’s largest full-service, physician-owned medical groups, as the president of the management and consulting division. HealthCare Partners, LTD handles 104 partners, 39 medical delivery site locations, centralized management, and information systems, and more than 1,500 contracted or employed physicians.

Mr. Doty is also a recognized speaker on healthcare issues from the physician’s point of view and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
